Our vision

At FatFace we live by a simple vision: “absolutely everything we do is designed to be loved by all our customers for life outside the 9 to 5”. With the busy and hectic lives we know our customers lead we aim to inspire them and our own employees, to embrace life and seek out new adventures and experiences.

This sentiment influences every part of our business from product development and marketing right through to our store designs and customer service ethos. Whether customers shop in a small holiday town, high street or on our website, we want them to love everything, from the products designed in-house, to the experience they have in store or from our UK contact centre. Simply put, we want our customers to know we are passionate about them and understand their needs.
