We’re extremely proud of our multichannel retail offering, comprising a profitable and growing store estate, a very successful ecommerce business, plus a network of wholesale partners.

Our retail stores are diverse and span the UK with many uniquely positioned to reach our customers in close proximity to where they live, travel and holiday.

In the USA our stores can be found along the East Coast, in small, local towns; mirroring the approach to our retail footprint in the UK.

We also sell through a number of carefully selected concessions including John Lewis, and via wholesale partnerships in the UK and USA.

Our multi-channel offering is completed by our website. FatFace.com gives customers access to our entire range, whilst the user experience allows for easy browsing and purchasing. In addition, our website adapts to the device on which it is being viewed, giving immediate access to more product whether the user is on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.

Our website gives our customers immediate access to the full range of FatFace products. Over 70% of our customers shop across multiple channels. Our recent website redesign makes that process even easier – allowing them to access a site which adapts to the device on which it’s being viewed – giving immediate access to more product whether the user is on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
